Chapter 210: New Sensations (2)

"*Then run from me if it gets too much.*" Arawn’s voice deepened, his eyes flashing hungrily as he took a tentative step towards her. It was almost like the prince was giving her enough time to back out from this dance they’d begun the steps to.

Evanna didn’t move as he took her chin in his fingers and kissed her softly once more. Her body flushed with heat, her mind dizzy from the taste of his lips. But all too soon, the prince pulled away and started to guide her towards the lake. The water was clearer than she expected and the fog hovering over it revealed the iciness of the water.

It made the princess pause for a moment, her doubts about their next steps bubbling to the surface. Not because she didn’t want Arawn’s touch but because of how cold the lake looked. How did the others bathe in this!?

This lustful spell that remained over her was beginning to chip away. Arawn glanced at her, then chuckled, dragging his cloak over her body and pulling her into a heated embrace. "Fiza has put a spell on the water. It is warm enough to bathe in."

Evanna shivered from Arawn’s comment. The prince knew her well enough that she didn’t need to voice her trepidation over their little rendezvous in the lake.

"*It’s not too late to run

,*" Arawn growled into her ear after feeling her hand’s curious caress against the muscle shaped like a ’V’ pointing down to his breeches.

"*Do I really seem so cowardly to you?*" Evanna questioned, her eyes meeting his before she stood on her tiptoes and planted her lips against his.

Arawn instantly took the lead, his lips crushing hers, his need apparent from the bulge in his pants pressing against her, his teeth biting into her bottom lip as his hands roamed her body again. Evanna lost herself in his touch, her own curious and lowering to the hardened length straining against her. The prince hissed from the lightest of touches, her fingers gliding down the outside of his breeches.

Arawn chuckled, breathless, as his eyes flashed wildly on her, his hair for once not perfectly straight or in place. "*Never,*" he growled as he leaned his forehead to hers, regaining his breath as his hand went over hers where his length throbbed and twitched.

"*Let’s see how daring you really are,*" Arawn grinned wickedly, seductively, as he turned away from her, fixing the position of his length straining against his pants. He wanted nothing more than to claim her, to feel her tight core around him, accepting him and only him, but she was born a princess, not touched by any man.

Arawn knew, without needing to ask, from the way Evanna still blushed because of the sexy moans that had left those voluptuous, now slightly swollen lips, that she remained a virgin. Even if she wasn’t, it wouldn’t deter him from his need for her. Evanna was everything he wanted, and not just from his primal need as a man. There was more between them than the lust that urged him to not take things slow.

Going against every particle of his being that wanted to grab Evanna and plunge himself deep into her against a tree, Arawn started to undress, keeping his back on her. Slowly, he removed his boots, his jacket, and shirt, glancing behind him after hearing Evanna’s approach. "*Join me, if you wish...*"

Arawn’s words trailed off as he heard the rustling of clothes behind him. He turned his gaze ahead, and although his blood pumped and desire gripped him, the prince still scanned the surrounding trees in case of any dangers. As though to add extra privacy and protection, he called to his powers as he completely stripped and walked into the lake. He kept his back to Evanna the whole time.

An icy wall formed around the edge of the lake and hovered over the top of the lake’s surface. It was frosted and provided extra privacy for their nighttime bathing. It wasn’t so much for his modesty but for Evanna’s. He didn’t think the men would purposely search her out, but he also didn’t want to take that risk.

From behind him, Evanna watched with her lips slightly parted as Arawn’s muscular backside was slowly gobbled up by the water the further he walked into the lake. She was fixated, watching the muscles in his back contract as he moved. His long white hair stuck to his skin as he spread his arms out, hovering on the surface of the lake.

The moon shone down as the ripples of water spread out from the handsome intruder standing with his back to her. The view before Evanna was absolutely breathtaking, and it took her a moment to find her bearings. Ignoring the chill of the wind making her nipples harden, and her skin turn to gooseflesh. She stood naked, exposed to the elements and to Arawn.

But the prince, acting like a gentleman, kept his back to her, giving her some privacy. He was letting her choose between running away and joining him.

The thrill of this small venture made her steps slowly go forwards. Evanna braced herself, expecting the water to be cold but as soon as her toes dipped into the lake. But she relaxed after feeling its warmth. The strange, enchanted water coated her feet and ankles.

She continued walking, feeling the soft mud beneath her feet, glancing at the almost clear water and seeing her pale skin as it submerged into the lake’s depths. The water didn’t hide anything, making this whole ordeal exciting and nerve-wracking. Her chest rose and fell, feeling her heart clutch tightly at the thrill.

Here she was, exposed, naked for the first time before a man. But that fear that started to ripple through Evanna’s body depleted as soon as Arawn turned around, his eyes fixed on hers. This wasn’t any man. This was Arawn.

Comfortability, anticipation and desire flooded her system as Evanna stopped, her breaths uneven as her eyes lowered to his lips. She wanted to look at him, all of him, just as much as he probably wanted to look at her. Curiosity won over the courtesy Evanna wanted to give Arawn, the same courtesy he’d given her when he hadn’t lowered his hungry gaze to her body.

Evanna’s eyes slipped down, drinking him in, her eyes widening slightly at the size of his length, but she relaxed her gaze before looking back at his eyes, nervously with a blush coating her cheeks. Arawn chuckled, the lightheartedness making butterflies flutter and tickle her stomach. He took that final step between them, his hand finding hers as he brought it up, out of the water and to his lips.

Arawn held her gaze as he tenderly kissed her wet knuckles. "*You can look, and you can touch, Evanna. I’m all yours.*" Those words and his actions were her undoing. Her thighs tightened together as a shiver rippled through her.
