Sabrina was apprehensive, though she knew that Robin would not hurt her in any way but was it right to accept such an offer when he had said it plainly that he was trying to get her back?

"One week with you alone in another country? What happens to work?"

He did not have any anything insane up his sleeves but just to zeal to make her happy and if she accepted it, he was going to make it an integral part of their lives to always go in vacations like this.

"You need the rest, Sabrina; I believe that your father can handle things in your absence."

"And what about you?" She asked, knowing that Robin was not just carrying one company on his shoulders but chains of them.

Robin smiled as her care for him ignited a warm feeling in his heart.

"You don’t have to worry about me so is it, a yes? You already agreed to go on two dates with me so please don’t say no," he said pleadingly.

Sabrina never took the chance to give herself these kinds of treats and never thought them necessary but with Robin mentioning it, she could not help but feel that it might just be worth it but this was her ex-husband she was talking about.

He was a man who used to get intimate every night unless it was that time of the month. Even at those times, he’d be upset and not sleep at home until she was dry.

Anytime he was home, he had to get intimate with her so what was the assurance that he wouldn’t try anything silly?

"Robin, I hope you don’t try something funny," she said in a warning tone but her voice was gentle.

"Dear one, how can I hurt a woman I love who is also carrying my child? Please don’t say no and I promise that upon our return, you will even ask for more," he pleaded again, Sabrina was conflicted.

If she was right, she could swear that he made mention of loving her at least three times since she arrived when she never heard it once in their marriage.

It was impossible to keep away from Robin even if she tried because of the twins she was carrying in her womb but it was even more difficult to keep her heart in check when he was being like this.

"Fine, but it should be after my next maternity check," she agreed and spoke with a serious expression.

"That should be in about ten days," Robin said accurately. He always kept those dates in mind like the very air he breathed,

"Yes."

Robin could finally breathe again since she agreed and was certain that after their return from this trip, things would be much better between them.

"Thank you but you haven’t told me about who you are choosing for the trip to France," Robin reminded her again.

He made it that way to make it difficult for her to choose, so she could settle on going on both trips with him.

For instance, she would not be able to choose between her best friend and sister.

Devin was also too busy with the search for Martin and would not want to travel until he was found.

Sabrina yawned, as confusion clouded her mind.

"Can’t I go with two people?" she asked but Robin shook his head.

He made all the arrangements for two, so she would have no choice but to choose him.

Either way, he could plead with Devin to speak to both women to find excuses to not go with her but wanted to do things by himself.

"It would still be an honor to accompany you if you can’t choose between your sister and best friend. I can still be there as the bodyguard you made me," he put it jokingly and Sabrina smiled, yawning again,

"I will think about it, Robin. Good night."

"Good night, dear one," Robin hugged her from the back, his hands resting protectively on her bump and they remained that way, both of them sleeping soundly due to fatigue.

A few hours later, Sabrina felt pressure in her bladder and tried to stand up but strong arms were tightly wrapped around her bump.

Memories of the previous night came rushing down and she remembered they had slept on the same blanket throughout the night.

"Are you alright?" Robin felt her movement and asked her, she pursed her lips and said,

"I want to pee."

"Sorry."

Robin’s hands loosened around her waist and she quickly went to relieve herself.

Robin checked the time, realizing it was just an hour more for them to be at the office so he stood up and saw one of the maids who was nervous to be caught staring at the master.

"Sorry master, I wanted to clean the room."

"Go ahead," Robin said and went to the kitchen to make breakfast to the maid’s shock.

She thought she was seeing wrongly yesterday but this confirmed that everything she saw yesterday was accurate.

His breakfast recipe was a simple one he learned from Daniel and put it into practice to please the woman for whom he learned how to make it.

"What are you doing?" Sabrina asked at the entrance of the kitchen upon seeing Robin in the kitchen again.

After all his surprises from last night, Sabrina did not expect him to be in the kitchen this morning.

"Preparing breakfast," Robin said, Sabrina felt she should help out since she hadn’t done anything to support him ever since arriving at the villa.

"Let me do it."

Robin stared at her and smiled. He missed her cooking but...

"No, it’s my treat and for your information, if we get married again, I would be cooking more for you so you better get used to it."

Sabrina was speechless because it did not look as if he was joking. Robin was enjoying everything he was doing for her.
